Commitments to society

The Department has undertaken technical and feasibility studies including site investigation besides resolving design and development problems for SU Square Calicut, Kerala PWD, Milma Sreekandapuram etc.
The collaboration of the Department through its helping hands to these organisations broadened the fame and recognition of the Department.
Structural design and detailing work of three short span bridges in Marittichodu, Manchodu and Paripputhodu areas (Aralam Grama panchayat) has been undertaken by the Civil Department of Vimal Jyothi Engineering College.
Adequate training is provided to our students for getting placements in various companies.
As a preliminary step, a reconnaissance survey has been carried out by the faculties. The structural experts of the Department with their nod to the Designing of Bridge construction has taken the Department to the next level. This will truly be another milestone added to the Department achievements.
